Clearance or final sale items.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Return Process

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
Ship the item back to the address provided, with the RA number clearly marked.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
For eligible cases, TechStream may provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the return is approved.
In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered as an alternative.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
