  1. Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA is only valid when issued in writing by TechStream RMA Department.
  2. TechStream adheres to Manufacturer’s warranty-return policies including Damage Product Returns, Stock Balance Returns, Defective Returns and Restock Fees.
  3. RMAs are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Product must be physically received within 15 calendar day period.
  4. All RMAs must be returned with original packaging, accessories, components and manuals. Product received incomplete may be assessed a fee or returned at Buyer’s expense.
  5. Defective Product Returns will be subject to policies and restrictions set by Manufacturer.
  6. Damage Product Returns must be reported within two (2) days of receipt of product. Failure to notify TechStream’s Customer Service Team and request an RMA within such time will be deemed acceptance of product.
  7. Customer is responsible to return all product in good condition otherwise it may be refused/rejected and returned back to the customer at AB’s sole discretion.
